Ingredients:
- Salmon: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp olive oil, 5 tbsp unsalted butter, 3 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, juice of 2 lemons.
- Mashed Potatoes: 5 lbs potatoes (peeled, boiled), 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1 tsp garlic and onion powder.

Method:
