Delicious Baked Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 6 salmon fillets, skinless
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Slap Your Mama seasoning
- Seafood seasoning (your choice)
- Lemon pepper seasoning
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 1 stick garlic & herb butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Finely chopped parsley
- Black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, minced garlic, and your chosen seasonings. Coat the salmon evenly with the mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked salmon before serving.
